details

The Farmer’s Place in Freshwater Creek is a small working farm, cafe, education centre and marketplace built by sustainability pioneers Closed Loop.

Over the course of 6 months we met with Closed Loop and visited the site to get full understanding of their vision for the site.  Supplying all recycled and reclaimed material, we delivered flooring, cladding, posts and table tops.

Not only is the building made from recycled materials, there are also sustainable waste, water and energy practices in place. The seasonal menu is inspired by the garden as well as what can be sourced from local suppliers. It doesn’t get much more sustainable than that.
